A proven municipal leader with over 30 years of experience overseeing city operations, infrastructure projects, and community services. Skilled in budgeting, policy development, and intergovernmental relations, Brad is known for his collaborative leadership and commitment to efficient municipal management.
He currently serves as Director of Parks, Recreation and Facilities for the City of Bryan, Texas, overseeing all departmental operations. Previously, he was Client Services Director at Bleyl Engineering, managing business development and municipal client relations, and City Manager for the City of Navasota, Texas, where he directed all city departments and major projects. Earlier roles include City Administrator for the City of Sundown, City Manager/City Secretary for the City of Morton, and Superintendent of Community Services for the City of Morton, gaining broad experience in public works, utilities, and community programs.
Brad is an active member of the Texas City Management Association (TCMA), where he has served as President (2020–2021), Region 7 President (2010–2011), and Board Member (2013–2015).
