LeAnn Gallman retired from the City of Muleshoe after just over thirty nine years of service. She served as Utility Billing Clerk, City Secretary, and finally as City Manager during her tenure there. She is a Texas Registered Municipal Clerk through the Texas Municipal Clerks Association and a Master Municipal Clerk through the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. As City Secretary, she served in all Board seats for the South Plains Chapter of Municipal Clerks and all Board seats including President for the Texas Municipal Clerks Association. In 2014, she was honored to be named the Municipal Clerk of the Year. As City Manager, she served as President for the Panhandle City Managers Association. She was an instructor for many seminars for the Texas Municipal Clerks Association and a speaker for the Texas Municipal League conferences and TML Region III meetings.
Following her retirement, she has served in several interim positions including the City of Amarillo, City of Wolfforth, Town of Van Horn, City of Earth, and City of Abernathy.
