Kent Myers is a founding member of Clear and our Senior Vice President. With 45 years in city management and a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies, Kent brings seasoned judgment to the work communities trust us to do: executive recruitments, succession planning, and leadership training that strengthens organizations.

Kent’s leadership has also been central to one of the most unique municipal creations in Texas: the City of Starbase. With Kent’s guidance, Clear supported the early formation of the new municipality in partnership with SpaceX, helping translate an extraordinary vision into the practical foundations of local government.

Kent reflects what we aim to bring to every engagement: experienced perspective, innovative leadership, and a genuine focus on helping communities grow stronger and serve people better.
