IV. Additional terms for Clear Career VIEW and conference services

These additional terms apply to Clear Career VIEW and our conference contact services. They do not replace a separately agreed recruitment or consulting engagement.

A. Authorized access and confidentiality

Use your own authorized VIEW account within your assigned permissions. Do not share accounts, bypass permissions or use another person's account. Use confidential candidate materials, recordings and feedback only for the authorized recruitment or service purpose. Do not redistribute them to unauthorized people or publish them publicly.

B. Materials and feedback

Provide accurate information and submit, upload, import or link only materials you are authorized to share for the intended service. Obtain any permissions needed to use another person's information or recording.

Review feedback and video notes before submission. They form part of the recruitment history; contact us about corrections where a submitted record cannot be edited in the application. Access to a record does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated use.

C. Connected services and AI

Review requested permissions before connecting Google Drive or another service. You must have authority to connect the account and use its information for the intended workflow. Google sign-in and a Google Drive connection are separate actions.

You may connect supported AI services subject to your authorization, VIEW permissions and the service's terms. Disclose only information you are authorized to share. AI summaries, analysis and draft reports can contain errors or omit context. Check source materials before relying on an output or distributing a report. AI output does not guarantee employment, placement or a hiring outcome; the client organization makes hiring decisions.

Connected services have their own terms and settings. Disconnecting a service stops the applicable future access but does not retrieve information already delivered to it. The Privacy Policy describes the associated data handling.

D. Conference events and contact information

Provide accurate conference contact details and ensure you have authority to supply another person's information for the intended service or follow-up. Event drawings and games are subject to the event-specific promotion rules presented in the application, including eligibility, entry methods, prizes and winner notification. Optional marketing selections are separate from drawing participation and winner communications. Recording or importing a contact does not establish SMS consent. Respect applicable communication preferences.
