Clear Team Spotlight: DeAnna Hendrix
This week we’re spotlighting DeAnna Hendrix one of Clear’s four founding members and our Vice President of Organizational Development.
DeAnna brings a strong foundation in public-sector administration and communications, with prior experience supporting municipalities and the Texas Workforce Commission, experience that translates directly into helping communities present their story and their leadership needs with clarity and professionalism.
At Clear, DeAnna is instrumental in shaping the systems behind our high-performing services. She supports strategic planning efforts, continually strengthens our internal models and tools, and represents Clear at conferences and events where relationships and reputation matter. She also leads the development of recruitment brochures, proposals, and candidate-facing materials, working closely with our recruiting team and clients to ensure each executive opportunity is positioned accurately, professionally, and in a way that resonates with top-tier candidates.
DeAnna holds a degree in Human Resource Management and brings deep expertise in recruitment and organizational development. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom who pours the same care and commitment into her family as she does into serving communities through Clear.
